The Food Truck Lady concept evolved as a result of my experiences booking food trucks in the tri-state area for corporate and private food truck events as well as working with commercial properties to provide lunch or dinner services.

While building these relationships with food truck owners and continuing to foster my relationships with various properties, I have been able to build my business to include event promotion companies and event planners. We currently cover the entire state of NJ, Philadelphia and eastern Pennsylvania, and Rockland County in NY.
