“I contacted Nancy to arrange for a food truck for my daughter’s graduation party and she definitely came thru. The Beach Shack Food Truck was amazing and my guests raved about the food. Everyone said that they were the best shrimp tacos they had ever had. Luigi and his wife, Kelly were incredibly nice and my guests were fed quickly and efficiently.
